Due to our flexibility in all production sectors we are able to deal specifically with customer requests and specifications. Our know-how makes it possible for us to realise complex technical ideas, doing so in particular in the development of new products as well as in prototype construction. Our performance has been certified by the international designer’s award "The Red Dot Design Award" and the "Staatspreis für Nachwuchsdesign" [State Award for Up-and-Coming Design].
Our experience speaks for us:
The VW one-litre car, components for mass production as well as for motor sport, rocket and satellite parts, etc. Components from the Becker Carbon organisation are used in the world's toughest rallies.
Something we are especially proud of and which constitutes a "success story" so to speak, is our own development of an alidade for index arm measuring machines. Thanks to its low weight, the measuring potential could be increased by more than 60%. The first off-tool accuracy is below 0.03 mm with deflection and torsion.
In the development and manufacture of a high-tech profile for special-purpose mechanical engineering, the arm achieves an accuracy of below 0.005 mm in continuous repetition?a unique degree of precision.
For the development of a motorcycle swing arm for KTM, it was possible to reduce the weight of the original component from 4.8 kg by over 50%. The swing arm is made of 100% carbon, is in one single piece and produced without gluing!
